Irina BAST, Experienced artist
Based in St.Petersburg, Born 1986
The artist creates works in a decorative style and enjoys experimenting with various materials, including mosaic, semi-precious stones, glass, paints, texture, and more. Irina achieved success as a winner of the PBR Art competition in the "recycle" category and presented her project at the ARTification festival in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Additionally, seven of the artist's paintings have received laureate awards in Russian and international competitions. Irina has been honored with diplomas for "Best Works of 2016" and "Best Works of 2019." She has also received a special diploma for creativity from the International Association VATIKAM in Paris, France, and a letter of appreciation from the Luxembourg Art Prize.
Irina's works are held in the collections of the ArtMuse Contemporary Art Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, the Ecological Museum MUMUKA in Kaluga, Russia, and the Artistic Recycle Museum in Kaliningrad, Russia. She has experience in solo exhibitions, for example, exhibitions at ArtMuse Contemporary Art Museum and Grace Center, St. Petersburg. Her paintings can be found in private collections in 25 countries, including the United States, Canada, Italy, England, Spain, Austria, Japan, France, Russia, Australia, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, Finland, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Mexico, China, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Belgium, Taiwan, Germany, and Switzerland
